GovSoft, LLC makes Fair Point Law and operates www.fairpointlaw.com. In this notice, "we" means GovSoft, LLC. The notice covers this website only. It does not cover the client portals that law firms run on Fair Point Law, which each firm's engagement terms govern.
What we collect
When you request early access, we store the details you type into the form. That means your name, work email, firm, role, firm size, practice areas and any note you add.
We also store a little technical context with each request. This is a salted hash of your IP address, your browser's user agent and the country Cloudflare reports for the request. We use the hash to limit repeated submissions, and we cannot turn it back into your address.
Security checks
The early access form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated traffic. Turnstile loads only after you start using the form. Cloudflare processes signals from your browser to run the check, under its own privacy policy.
What we do not do
- We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
- We do not set cookies of our own on this site.
- We do not sell or rent the information you send us.
How we use your request
We read each request, contact you about Fair Point Law early access, and keep notes on where the conversation stands. Only the Fair Point Law team at GovSoft can see requests.
Where it is stored and for how long
Requests are stored in a Cloudflare database. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, also processes request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We keep early access requests until you ask us to delete yours or until the early access program ends.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent. Reply to any email we send you, or submit the form again with your request in the note field.
Changes to this notice
If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and its effective date.
